Le collectif éditorial de l’EBHR a le plaisir de vous annoncer la publication du premier numéro en ligne de cette revue qui fête ses trente ans ! Vous y retrouverez nos habituelles rubriques, avec un article de Pascal Bouchery sur la terminologie de la parenté des Adi d’Arunachal Pradesh et un article de Gérard Toffin sur les mondes religieux des associations néwar guthis. Tanka Subba lance notre rubrique relecture qui vise à commenter un article considéré comme important dans son champ d’études, ici celui des mouvements de populations du Népal vers le nord-est de l’Inde. Samuele Poletti, quant à lui, inaugure la rubrique essai photographique, en développant une réflexion sur la conversion au christianisme dans le nord-ouest du Népal. Enfin, ce numéro affirme notre volonté d’informer sur l’actualité de la recherche grâce aux quatre résumés de thèses récemment soutenues et aux huit recensions d’ouvrages dont l’une donnera lieu à une réponse de l’auteur dans le prochain numéro, instillant un débat bienvenu.

The EBHR editorial team is pleased to announce the publication of the first online issue of this journal, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary! This issue features an article by Pascal Bouchery on the kinship terminology of the Adi of Arunachal Pradesh and an article by Gérard Toffin on the religious worlds of the Newar guthi associations. Tanka Subba launches our Revisitation section, which gives scholars the opportunity of commenting on an article that is considered to be a key contribution in a chosen field of study, in this case that of the movement of populations from Nepal to North-East India. As for Samuele Poletti, he inaugurates the Photo Essay section with a reflection on conversion to Christianity in northwestern Nepal. Finally, this issue affirms our desire to inform current research by the publication of four abstracts of recently defended doctoral dissertations and eight book reviews, one of which will be followed by a response from the author in the next issue, instigating a welcome debate.
